If your credit has run out, your account will automatically deactivate. To reactivate, make a payment via the Client Portal by selecting the Payment tab on the left-hand side of the homepage.
To add a new IP address, navigate to the "Authenticated IPs" tab in the Client Portal. Submit your request, and once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Bank transfers may take up to 72 hours to reflect in your account. For instant payments, consider using a credit/debit card or PayPal through the Client Portal.
To investigate efficiently, please provide as much detail as possible. Include:
- The number dialled
- The time it was dialled
- The return code
- The trace route of the call
